Judging by the trailer, I am going to hazard a guess and say that it might be. Many of us at Late Night Gamers have been hoping for an updated, more adult version of the Power Rangers that we grew up with. As kids we loved the TV show, but when we saw a gritty Power Rangers short a while back we knew we wanted more. Although the new trailer isn’t quite as “gritty” as the short, it certainly looks like it has grown up a bit and we may get a better explanation of how the Power Rangers became super heroes. Here’s to hoping! It is good timing that the trailer drops the same week that Saban releases Power Rangers: Mega Battle on consoles. Check out the official trailer below:
