Nier: Automata release date revealed

Nier: Automata, the sequel to the awesome but incredibly niche ps3/360 action rpg Nier, finally has a release date of February 2nd 2017 for PS4.

As part of Sony’s Tokyo Game Show press conference, Square-Enix revealed a new totally bizarre new trailer for the game included below.

At the time of writing it remains unclear as to whether this release date is worldwide or if regions outside of the games home market will need to wait a bit longer. Nier: Automata is also planned to launch for Windows PC, but again it’s unclear if the release will be day and date with the PlayStation 4 launch.
